Service Cancellation

Artisticglowol understands that circumstances may change. You may cancel your SMM service subscription at any time by contacting us at help@artisticglowol.world

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following terms:

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Prepaid services: Refunds are calculated based on unused service time, minus any setup fees or one-time charges.
• Custom projects: Refunds for custom projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on work completed.

Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Service Modifications

If you are not satisfied with your service, Artisticglowol will work with you to modify or adjust services before processing a cancellation or refund.
